Role Description The Research Analyst role is a part-time, remote position focused on supporting AIBC’s insurance and risk management services through data-driven insights. In this role, the individual will gather and analyze market, industry, and competitor data related to insurance products and client sectors in the Middle East. Daily tasks include conducting qualitative and quantitative research, performing statistical analysis, preparing clear reports and presentations, and summarizing findings for internal stakeholders.

The Research

Analyst will collaborate with brokerage and risk management teams to identify trends, assess risks, and support the development of client proposals and product strategies. The role requires consistent documentation of methodologies and results and adherence to data integrity and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and proficiency in Statistics to interpret complex datasets and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Research skills to design studies, collect relevant information, and evaluate industry and competitor activities.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings clearly, prepare concise reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant experience in insurance, finance, or risk management, especially within the Middle East market, is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Business, or a related field is preferred; advanced coursework or certifications in data analysis or research methods are an advantage.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, statistical software) and the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting.
