Live-In Resident Manager/s (can be individual or team of two) required for a 62-unit apartment building located in Halifax.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

- Strong customer service and people skills
- Ability to perform basic maintenance
- General cleaning of building
- Collection of applications, preparations of leases and tenant notices
- Showing and renting of units to prospective tenants
- Cleaning and preparing of units in a timely manner
- Salting and shoveling of walkways
- General computer skills
- Some experience a major asset

2-bedroom apartment with in-suite laundry, high-end appliances, and balcony included as part of compensation package.
