Fresh Start Cleaning Inc. is looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team. We provide residential, commercial, post-construction, and Airbnb cleaning services throughout Windsor-Essex. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, work well with others, and are committed to providing excellent service to our clients.

Responsibilities

- Perform residential and commercial cleaning duties to company standards.
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and other assigned spaces.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and complete detailed cleaning tasks.
- Assist with deep cleans, post-construction cleans, and Airbnb turnovers.
- Follow cleaning checklists and ensure all work is completed thoroughly.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members.

Requirements
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence for transportation to job sites.
- Weekday availability is required, with weekend shifts as needed.
- Previous professional cleaning experience is an asset, but not required.




- Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.
- Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a variety of residential and commercial environments.
