As Resort Activities

Supervisor you will oversee the programs and activities offered to our guests including the Rental Shop, Health Club, Kids Camp, and Boathouse. This position is accountable for service standards, operational efficiency, staff supervision, and inventory management. Must possess a combination of leadership skills and administrative prowess. Cultivate an environment that supports staff and fosters employee development Provide training resources for employees in POS, product and service knowledge, guest service and activities Perform all administrative functions including proper record keeping of all training programs, payroll, SOPs, point-of-sale system management, and operational health and safety Efficient administration and coordination of inventory management activities including purchase orders, receiving documents, invoices,



warranty returns and special orders Minimum 2 years of post-secondary study University / College Graduate of an Early Childhood Services program or Recreation Management. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) You may be required to work on holidays, weekends, overnights and other non-day shifts.
