We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant dining establishment. Duties

- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, and kitchen activities to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service
- Supervise and motivate staff members, including hiring, training, coaching, and conducting interviews to build a cohesive team
- Oversee food handling procedures and ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Utilize POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation
- Monitor customer interactions to guarantee excellent service and address any concerns promptly
- Coordinate with kitchen staff on food preparation and cooking standards to maintain consistency and quality




- Implement effective inventory control measures for food supplies and manage vendor relationships as needed

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service environment with strong team management skills
- Extensive food industry knowledge including food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
- Experience with restaurant management systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills and the capacity to motivate staff
- Background in hospitality or hotel experience is a plus, along with bartending or barista experience
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform cash handling duties efficiently
- Knowledge of food handling regulations, health standards, and safety procedures
- Previous restaurant experience encompassing kitchen operations, serving, and customer service roles
