Multi Unit Restaurant Manager - multiple positions

Relocate to Collingwood, Thornbury, The Blue Mountains

Full-time, salaried, year-round$60,000–75,000 expected total compensation, depending on room scope (a portion varies with restaurant sales)

The Role

Turner Hospitality Group operates nine concepts across Georgian Bay and Toronto. We are looking for experienced managers to oversee multiple restaurant locations within our northern portfolio, including Mother Tongue Blue, Magnone’s, Polpette, Poppy’s, Twist and Bar Bijou.

You’ll lead through your managers — developing people, driving performance and ensuring consistent standards across your locations. You’ll spend time in the restaurants, supporting busy services and stepping in where the operation needs you, but your primary focus is building strong teams that can operate independently.

The Rooms

Turner Hospitality Group operates nine concepts across Georgian Bay and Toronto. In the north that's Filipino and Asian at Mother Tongue Blue, Italian at Magnone's and Polpette, French at Poppy's, plus Twist and Bar Bijou - from 400-guest peak days with a serious bar programme down to tighter rooms where the manager sets the whole tone. We're hiring several managers and will place you where you fit.

How the job actually runs

You lead from the floor. At around forty covers you play host yourself rather than adding an overhead wage. On busy nights you move with the room - the door as reservations land, the pass as demand peaks, then table touches.





You are not the default closer. Closing and holding the room are carried by certified senior staff, and building that bench is part of the job, not an extra.

What you own

- Multiple restaurant teams, including coaching and developing managers and senior staff
- Hiring, training, scheduling and performance management
- Labour, beverage cost, waste and discounts against budget
- Manager on Duty certification and leadership coverage across locations
- Captain development and individual wine and cocktail sales expectations
- Guest experience and operational standards across your portfolio

What you bring Five or more years managing high-volume, full-service restaurants, with direct responsibility for people, labour and numbers. This is not a first management job.

Willingness to relocate to the Collingwood/Blue Mountains area is a must.
