Responsibilities

- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
- Manage merchandising efforts by organizing product displays, pricing, and inventory to maximize sales potential
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster positive relationships to enhance customer satisfaction
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing team members to build a high-performing workforce
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Oversee cash handling procedures, POS transactions, payroll processing, and store administrative tasks with accuracy and integrity

Qualifications





- Proven supervising or managerial experience in a retail environment with strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Demonstrated expertise in retail sales, merchandising, pricing strategies, and store management
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, and basic math skills for financial transactions
- Experience with recruiting, training & development, team management, and scheduling
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and promotional activities to boost store visibility and sales
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities including budgeting, purchasing, inventory control, and administrative duties
