Job Overview

- Position: Part-Time Retail Sales Associate (Could lead to full time for the right person)

- Hours: Shift work, typically 16 to 24 hours per week (evenings and weekends)

- Reports To: Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service/Sales Support: Greet shoppers, answer questions, and help customers find the right footwear and work clothing/accessories.

- Cash Handling: Operate the POS system and process accurate cash, debit, account and credit payments.

- Store Maintenance: Restock shelves, clean the sales floor, and organize displays.

- Inventory Control: Assist with stock counts and unpack new shipments.

Job Requirements

- Communication: Friendly and transparent verbal skills to talk with customers and team members.

- Availability: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and evening shifts.

- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weight. (Boots)

- Experience: Prior retail or customer service experience is an asset, but entry-level candidates with a positive attitude are welcome.

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 32.0 per week
