Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance on product features and benefits
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain technical specifications clearly
- Assist customers with merchandise selection, upselling relevant items to enhance their purchase experience
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and optimize sales opportunities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts

Skills

- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills to serve diverse customer needs effectively




- Experience in technology sales or retail sales environments with a focus on electronics or gadgets
- Demonstrated ability to perform product demos confidently and persuasively
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory counts
- Excellent organizational skills to keep the store tidy and stock well-maintained
- Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and sales techniques such as upselling and cross-selling
- Familiarity with cashiering systems, inventory management, and retail operations
