Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Store Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. Responsibilities

- Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers with product selection, answer questions, and provide recommendations based on their needs
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including shelves, displays, and checkout areas
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Uphold company policies and standards to ensure safety and security within the store environment

Qualifications





- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude towards customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
