Our client, a healthcare organization, is looking to hire an Emergency Room Registered Nurse in Clearwater, BC.

The Emergency Room Registered Nurse provides direct, compassionate care to patients in both the Emergency Department and the High Acuity Unit. Working under the direction of the Unit Manager, this role plays a critical part in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care to support the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.

Pay Rate Range: 58–66 CAD/hr, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in emergency and high acuity settings.
- Perform rapid assessments and initiate timely and appropriate clinical interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to Interior Health standards, policies, and ethical guidelines.
- Provide emotional support, guidance, and education to patients and their families during stressful situations.

Requirements:

- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- Previous Emergency Room or acute care experience preferred.
- ACLS and TNCC certifications are considered strong assets.
