What you will do
Programs and oversees the smooth operation of production robots during equipment design, build and commissioning as well as equipment in production.
Conduct Robot Simulations for new and existing lines as well as Robot Cycle Time analysis
Establish robot programs on new equipment.
Setup and commission robots
Make adjustments to robot programs as required, including improving efficiency and cycle times for new and production equipment.
Communicate with PLC Programmer for handshake / PLC integration.
Documentation of equipment as required.
Supporting maintenance operations and training maintenance team members as required
