Matrix HR is currently hiring experienced Membrane Roofers for a short-term project in southwest Calgary. Your expertise will help ensure the safety, durability, and weather resistance of our clients' structures. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects while developing your craftsmanship and technical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Start Date : As soon as Possible

Wage: $32-$34/Hr.

Responsibilities

- Remove and replace existing membrane roofing systems.
- Prepare and inspect roof surfaces before installation.
- Measure and cut membrane roofing materials.
- Apply adhesives, sealants and other roofing products.
- Heat-weld membrane seams.
- Install flashing, drainage components and related materials.




- Repair and maintain membrane roofing systems.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

Requirements

- Previous membrane roofing experience.
- Valid Fall Protection certification.
- Valid CSTS certification.
- Valid WHMIS certification.
- Aerial Work Platform certification is an asset but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Solid commitment to workplace safety.
