Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Global IGA Engineer to support Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) administration, development, application onboarding, lifecycle management, access governance, and identity-related integrations. This role requires strong technical expertise, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to manage identity and access management solutions in a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and troubleshoot SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) environments.
- Develop, implement, and maintain SailPoint IIQ solutions.
- Perform application onboarding and ongoing support activities.
- Support identity lifecycle management processes.
- Integrate Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
- Manage account creation and onboarding processes.
- Develop, deliver, and maintain Quicklinks, Forms, and Workflows.
- Utilize SCIM APIs for identity integrations.
- Configure and support Web Services Connectors.
- Configure and support Database (JDBC) Connectors.
- Develop and maintain BeanShell and Java-based customizations.
- Support certification campaigns and access reviews.
- Provide access request support and troubleshooting.
- Maintain SailPoint IIQ server hygiene and operational health.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess requirements and feasibility.
- Support directory services integrations including LDAP and Active Directory.
- Manage tickets, engage end users, and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for support cases and issue resolution.
- Take ownership of assigned initiatives and drive them to completion.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of related experience.
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies and infrastructure architecture.
- Knowledge of Directory Services including LDAP and Active Directory.
- Experience with ticket management and end-user support.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with stakeholders across technical and business teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
- Experience with CyberArk Vault (PAM).
- Experience with Microsoft Azure / Entra, specifically IAM-related services.
- Experience working within large enterprise environments.

- Ability to work effectively across Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams.
