Your Key Responsibilities

- Establish rapport with retail customers in person and on the phone.
- Provide assistance with setting up and explaining vehicle features
- Remain in constant contact with both existing and potential customers
- Regularly update Managers and software with status and progress updates.
- Become an integral part of a cohesive team environment that strives to create the best possible experience for our Parts, Service and Sales customers

Your Capabilities and Credentials

- Completion of a related post-secondary program and or training courses is considered an asset.
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A person of professionalism and high integrity who is trusted by others and consistently honours their commitments.
- Detail oriented, self-motivated and resourceful.
- Ability to meet physical demands such as driving cars, clearing snow and potentially standing for long periods of time.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a protected driving history.
- Must be OMVIC certified.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to earn an income of $100,000 within 3 years!

Must be able to work Weeknights and Saturdays.

In general terms, you are an ambitious and driving person who is motivated by opportunity for advancement to levels of responsibility where you can use your skills as team builder, motivator and mover.

A minimum of a high-school degree is required, however a recent University/college graduate degree is a benefit. Sales experience is an asset, but not required as training will be provided.
