Role Description The Sales Logistics Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Edmonton, AB. This role is responsible for coordinating order processing, inventory status, and delivery schedules to ensure accurate and timely distribution of food and medical supplies. Daily tasks include managing logistics documentation, liaising with customers and internal teams, tracking shipments, and resolving delivery or freight issues.

The specialist supports sales activities by preparing quotes, providing product and service information, and identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.



The role also involves maintaining records in company systems, monitoring performance metrics, and following safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
- Proven experience in Sales, with the ability to support account growth and provide accurate pricing and service information.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management and Freight Forwarding to coordinate shipments, documentation, and routing.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
- Experience in distribution, warehousing, or supply chain for food or medical products is an asset.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and logistics or ERP systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Edmonton, AB, including periods in office and warehouse environments.
- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience in logistics, business, or a related field is preferred.
