Role Description This is a full-time remote Sales Producer role responsible for driving new business and managing existing client relationships. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting needs assessments, and recommending appropriate personal and commercial insurance solutions.

The Sales

Producer will prepare quotes, explain policy features and benefits, and support clients through the application and onboarding process. The role involves ongoing follow-up to ensure renewals, cross-selling opportunities, and high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams, adherence to compliance standards, and participation in continuous training and product updates are also key aspects of this position.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong Insurance knowledge and experience with personal and/or commercial lines.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess solid customer service skills, with a focus on client advocacy and problem resolution.
- Candidates should possess proven sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
- Candidates should possess training capabilities, such as the ability to learn recent products quickly and share knowledge with team members or clients.
- Relevant provincial insurance licensing (RIBO)
- Comfort with remote work technologies, CRM systems, and online quoting platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client requests and deadlines.
- Prior experience in a brokerage or insurance sales environment is an asset.
