This remote position gives you the opportunity to work directly with customers while developing your communication, relationship-building, and sales skills. You’ll receive training to learn the products, systems, and customer process before handling your responsibilities independently.

How You’ll Spend Your Day The role involves meeting with customers virtually and helping them determine which available options best match their needs. You’ll be responsible for creating a professional and helpful experience from the first conversation through follow-up.
