Job Summary

Value Mobile is seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting mobile phones, wireless plans, accessories, home internet, and other telecommunications services that best meet their needs. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, technology, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while consistently achieving sales targets.

As a brand ambassador for Value Mobile, you will build strong customer relationships, provide expert product knowledge, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable mobile devices, wireless plans, accessories, home internet, and related products.
- Educate customers on product features, pricing, promotions, and service options.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling and upselling techniques.
- Process activations, upgrades, bill payments, and customer account transactions accurately.
- Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions using POS systems while maintaining accuracy.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor and product displays.
- Stay informed about current products, promotions, carrier offerings, and industry trends.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly while providing outstanding customer service.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising activities.




- Follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards at all times.
- Maintain professional communication and phone etiquette when assisting customers in person or over the phone.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, wireless sales, telecommunications, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build customer relationships.
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals and work in a target-driven environment.
- Comfortable learning and explaining technical products and mobile technology.
- Basic computer skills and experience using POS systems.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Cash handling and transaction processing experience is an asset.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are considered an asset.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
