Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience
- Conduct product demonstrations and detailed product demos to showcase features and benefits effectively
- Identify customer needs through active listening and suggest suitable products or services accordingly
- Upsell additional items or services by highlighting value propositions, increasing overall sales volume
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) operations, and cashiering duties




- Manage time efficiently to prioritize customer interactions, ensuring prompt assistance during busy periods

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is highly preferred, especially with technical products or electronics
- Bilingual skills (English plus another language) are a strong asset for engaging diverse customer bases
- Demonstrated ability to perform product demos and explain technical features clearly and confidently
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette, active listening, and persuasive speaking abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management
- Experience with merchandising, cashiering, or POS systems enhances effectiveness in this role
- Excellent organizational skills and time management to balance multiple customer interactions seamlessly
