Utopia Spa Center is looking for a confident, motivated, and results-driven Full-Time or Part-Time Aesthetic Sales Consultant / Client Coordinator to join our Calgary team.

This is a sales-focused position for someone who is comfortable speaking with clients, identifying their needs, recommending appropriate treatment plans, following up with leads, overcoming objections, and closing sales.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people but also understands that this role includes sales goals and performance expectations.

Key ResponsibilitiesConsultations & Sales

- Conduct professional consultations with new and existing clients
- Understand each client’s concerns, goals, and expectations
- Explain our treatments, packages, promotions, and financing options clearly
- Recommend customized treatment plans based on the client’s needs
- Confidently present pricing and treatment packages
- Handle questions and sales objections professionally
- Convert consultations and inquiries into treatment package sales
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets

Lead Follow-Up
- Follow up consistently with new leads and potential clients
- Communicate with clients by phone, text, email, and other approved communication channels
- Reconnect with clients who previously inquired but did not purchase




- Maintain organized follow-up and ensure sales opportunities are not missed
- Build long-term client relationships and encourage repeat business

Client Experience
- Provide a warm, professional, and knowledgeable experience
- Build trust and strong relationships with clients
- Explain treatment options clearly and professionally
- Work closely with estheticians and the rest of the spa team
- Help ensure a smooth experience from consultation through treatment

Sales Performance
- Meet established weekly and monthly sales goals
- Track consultations, follow-ups, conversions, and sales activity
- Maintain accurate client information in the CRM
- Stay knowledgeable about treatments, promotions, products, and services
- Participate in ongoing sales and treatment training
- Maintain a strong understanding of current offers and treatment packages

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience required
- Experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, wellness, healthcare, luxury retail, or high-ticket sales is strongly preferred
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance expectations
- Confident discussing pricing, packages, and financing options
- Strong follow-up skills
- Professional, reliable, organized, and motivated




- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- CRM experience is an asset
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

Schedule
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Full-time: approximately 40 hours per week
- Part-time: hours based on availability and business needs
- Typical operating hours are 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Schedule may run Monday through Sunday
- Weekend availability may be required
- Days off and weekly schedules may vary depending on business needs

Potential total earnings may range from approximately $17.00 – $40.00+ per hour depending on commission and individual sales performance.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Ability to reliably commute to our Calgary location
- Available to start immediately or within a short period of time
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with clients in person and by phone
