Role: Salesforce Business System Analyst

Location: Toronto, ON(Hybrid 3 days)

Mode: Contract

Experience: 7+yrs

Required Skills:

- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst
- 4+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce
- Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM
- Experience with nCino is highly preferred
- Experience working with JIRA and Confluence
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
- Support UAT, testing, defect resolution, and production validation
- Analyze and document Salesforce integrations with external systems
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC
- Support reports, dashboards, and data analysis
- Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams
