Duties

- Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation are top-notch
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner, taking their orders and answering questions about menu options
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations
- Manage time effectively to handle busy periods while maintaining high standards of food handling and service
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities




- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and freshness of all ingredients

Skills

- Experience in food preparation, serving, or food industry roles is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory counting
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in cashiering or restaurant operations is a plus; enthusiasm for upselling menu items is highly valued
