Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in St John’s, NL. The Salesperson will engage with residential and commercial customers to promote pest control services, conduct product and service presentations, and close sales in assigned territories. Daily responsibilities include prospecting new clients, following up on leads, responding to customer questions, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities.

The role also involves collaborating with the local team, participating in ongoing training sessions,



meeting individual and team sales targets, and representing Vantage Marketing Canada in a skilled manner in the community.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and explain services clearly.
- Sales and customer service abilities, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals in a face-to-face environment.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
- Resilience and self-motivation, with a goal-oriented mindset and comfort working in a performance-driven setting.
- Ability to work on-site in St John’s, NL, including outdoor and door-to-door activities as required.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and coaching, and to apply feedback to improve results.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is an asset but not required.
- Availability for full-time work and eligibility to work in Canada; valid driver’s license is considered an advantage.
