We are seeking a detail-oriented Sander to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for refining and finishing wood components to meet precise specifications, ensuring the highest quality standards. Your expertise in various sanding techniques, machinery operation, and safety protocols will contribute significantly to our production efficiency and product excellence.

Responsibilities
- Operate sanding equipment such as , disc sanders, and orbital sanders to smooth surfaces of wood.
- Use hand tools like measuring tapes, and other precision instruments to verify dimensions and surface quality.
- Perform routine maintenance on sanding machinery and report any malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members on assembly processes,
ensuring parts are finished correctly before packaging or further assembly.
- Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves and eye protection.
Experience
- Proven experience operating sanding machinery such as orbital sanders, or similar equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous work in manufacturing or machining environments where attention to detail and safety are prioritized.
