Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L2/L3 support for GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, CO-PA.
- Troubleshoot production issues, analyze root cause, work with ABAP team for fixes.
- Handle change requests, minor enhancements, and configuration updates.
- Support month-end/year-end processes (EBS, GR/IR, FX revaluation, depreciation runs).
- Work on small projects/rollouts including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live support.
- Manage FICO integration with MM (GR/IR, LIV) and SD (billing/revenue).
- Prepare functional specs for RICEFW objects and coordinate with technical teams.

Technical Skills:

Robust hands-on configuration:

- GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Centers, Internal Orders
- Payment program (FBZP), Dunning, EBS, House Banks
- Automatic account determination (OBYC), tax config
- IDoc monitoring and basic interface troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of financial closing and reconciliation processes.
