CASUAL SEASONAL HELP WANTED

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on person to join our team on a casual basis through our busy fall and winter season.

You’ll be helping create

- Fall & winter outdoor containers
- Fresh evergreen wreaths
- Seasonal centrepieces
- Holiday projects and seasonal prep

Work will take place both in our studio and in office at clients’ homes, so we’re looking for someone who is professional, reliable and comfortable representing Bloom Culture while working on client properties.

You should be:

- Creative with a strong eye for design
- Comfortable working at a quick and efficient pace
- Hands-on and able to follow an established design style
- Professional and personable with clients
- Reliable and comfortable working independently or alongside our team
- Available for casual weekday/daytime hours




- Able to perform physical work and work outdoors in varying weather
- Equipped with reliable transportation (job sites all over the city)

Floral, horticultural or design experience is an asset, but not required. A strong creative eye, ability to learn quickly, and comfort working at a rapid pace are most important. Hours will vary based on our seasonal workload, making this a good fit for someone with a flexible daytime schedule. Some weekend work will be available.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 15.0 per week
