We are looking for a motivated, reliable, hands-on person to join our team at our Distillery District store. In your role, you will ensure excellent customer service in our store and act as a brand ambassador. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player, who is also used to working independently. A friendly, customer-service-oriented style of work is a Must.

Responsibilities

- Give customers the best experience possible by identifying their needs and expectations
- Provide customers with adequate, in-depth information about our merchandise
- Maintain the store organized, tidy,



and well-stocked, following our Merchandising guidelines
- Keep track of inventory and provide feedback to Sales Director on a weekly basis
- Process merchandise through our register system

Qualifications and Assets

- Interest in fashion and design
- Passion for customer service is a MUST
- Comfortable interacting with customers is a MUST
- Weekend Availability is a MUST
- Previous retail experience in the apparel industry
- Interest in the outdoors and aviation is a plus
- Previous experience with POS systems, such as Lightspeed is a plus
- On-call availability is a plus
- Must legally be allowed to work in Canada
