We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Seasonal Sales Associate to join our Toronto team for the holiday season.

As a Sales Associate, you will help create an exceptional in-store experience for our customers while supporting the day-to-day operations of the shop. This is a great fit for someone who loves retail, enjoys working with people, has an eye for beautiful products, and is comfortable working in a busy environment during the holiday season.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly demeanour, making sure they feel welcome and valued.
- Provide helpful information and recommendations about our wellness, self-care, home, and beauty products.
- Build strong product knowledge to confidently assist customers with purchasing decisions.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing store.
- Assist with merchandising and product displays.
- Receive, unpack, organize, and restock inventory.




- Assist with fulfilling and preparing online orders.
- Help maintain organization in back-stock and storage areas.
- Support holiday promotions, product launches, and busy seasonal shopping periods.
- Build positive relationships with customers and help create an enjoyable shopping experience.

Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly, reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- An interest in wellness, self-care, home decor, fashion, and beauty products.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to use a point-of-sale system and basic computer programs.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and during the busy holiday season.
- Availability between October 1 and December 24, 2026.
