What You’ll Do
- Provide security coverage to help maintain a safe, secure setting for guests and staff
- Monitor and respond to incidents, concerns, and unusual activity in a timely, professional manner
- Support day-to-day security operations, including patrols and risk awareness throughout the property
- Communicate clearly with hotel leadership and relevant team members to ensure consistent follow-through
- Contribute to a positive guest experience by staying visible, approachable, and solutions-focused
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation as required
What We’re Looking For
- Valid BC Security Workers License
- Relevant security experience and confidence working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Strong communication skills with a calm, professional approach to conflict resolution
- Reliability, good judgment, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team
