Senior Business Analyst – Portfolio Management / New Ways of Working (NWofW)
- Senior Business Analyst responsible for delivering Digital Portfolio Management process improvement solutions supporting the Recent Ways of Working (NWofW) initiative.
- Lead requirements gathering, business analysis, process improvement and stakeholder engagement across Portfolio Management initiatives.
- Strong experience in Resource Capacity Management, Resource Demand Planning, Prioritization, and New Work Intake (NWI) is essential.
- Design, build, test, implement and support business applications and tools using Microsoft 365, particularly Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint and Excel.
- Develop business processes, workflows, process maps, data flows and swim-lane diagrams, clearly defining roles, responsibilities and business rules.
- Develop executive-level Power BI dashboards, including data modeling, KPIs, performance measures,
drill-downs and management reporting.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, project teams and management to capture requirements, translate business/data needs into technology specifications, and support decision-making.
- Support solution rollout, user training, change management, documentation and knowledge transfer across a large/enterprise-wide user base.
- Apply business process re-engineering, Agile/structured methodologies, business modeling, use cases, functional modeling and requirements traceability to improve service delivery.
- Healthcare/public-sector experience is preferred, with excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills required.
