Our energy & resources client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to assist with multiple Infrastructure projects relating to disaster recovery for ServiceNow

Calgary-based client. candidates will be in-office 4 days/week in downtown Calgary, and 1 day WFH.

Must Haves

- 5+ years as a Business Analyst supporting IT and business system initiatives ( Infrastructure and Application projects)
- Experience with Cyber Security and infrastructure programs, focused on D isaster Recovery for ServiceNow
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office , including Microsoft Project
- Experience with Data analysis and business process evaluation within complex business environments
- Experience within the Energy or Utilities industry

Nice to Have

- Business intelligence tools and data visualization exposure
- Programming background
- Understanding of business functional areas

Responsibilities

- Analyze business needs and document system requirements
- Guide stakeholders on corrective actions to improve business processes
- Collaborate with department leaders to develop cost-effective solutions
- Identify and interpret trends within complex data sets
- Gather and analyze business and user needs to determine IT solutions
- Coordinate documentation development for system implementation and turnover
- Conduct post-project evaluations
