We are seeking a Senior BI Lead with 15+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, and Business Systems Analysis (BSA) within enterprise environments.
Key Requirements
- 15+ years of overall IT experience with solid BI & BSA expertise.
- Strong experience in Power BI / Tableau / enterprise reporting and advanced SQL.
- Hands-on expertise in data analysis, data mapping, data modeling, reconciliation, and data quality.
- Strong requirements gathering, BRD/FRD, functional specifications, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective BI and data solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to work with business, technology, data, and QA teams and drive solutions to completion.
- Strong Banking / Financial Services experience preferred, ideally within a large enterprise environment.
- Experience with Azure, Databricks, ETL/ELT, and Agile is an advantage.
Ideal profile: A senior, client-facing BI leader who can bridge Business, Data, and Technology and independently drive requirements, analysis, and delivery.
