The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing complex datasets, developing effective data solutions, and supporting data initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Robust proficiency in SQL
- Hands-on experience with data modeling techniques, including dimensional modeling, Data Vault modeling, and medallion architecture
- Good knowledge of ETL/ELT concepts, cloud data platforms, and modern data warehouse practices
- Experience working with both structured and semi-structured data
- Ability to document and communicate analytical findings and technical details clearly
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Prior work experience in the Travel & Transportation industry
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced hands-on experience with Snowflake and cloud-based data warehouse environments
- Practical experience implementing Data Vault and Medallion architecture
- Experience with modern data engineering and data management practices involving structured and semi-structured datasets
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to derive insights and support data-driven decision-making
- Develop and implement effective data solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
