- Develop and execute moves management strategies for donor engagement
- Supervise and mentor a Development Officer, Major Gifts
- Actively research and identify potential major donors




- Create solicitation strategies through various communication channels
- Provide regular updates on donor progress and annual revenue goals

Requirements:

- 3-5 years in leadership or mid-level giving program management
- University degree or equivalent experience in fundraising
- Robust CRM skills, especially in Raiser’s Edge
- Knowledge of ethical fundraising practices required
- Valid G class driver’s license or equivalent
