In this strategic full time role, you will oversee the operations of Supportive Housing Programs at WoodGreen.
Collaborating with senior leaders from both WoodGreen and Michael Garron Hospital, your focus will be on program planning, compliance, and advocating for community support. Your experience in management and strategic leadership will be key for addressing the complex needs of vulnerable populations in East Toronto. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead vision and direction for supportive housing programs
- Develop annual operational plans aligned with organizational priorities
- Ensure compliance with health and housing legislation
- Oversee program monitoring, financial management, and quality assurance
- Build strategic partnerships with stakeholders and community organizations
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
- Minimum ten years of management experience
- Experience with unionized teams preferred
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills
- Proven leadership in planning and evaluation
