emergiTEL is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer for our client, a growing company in the travel technology industry .

? Compensation: $130,000–$150K per annum as base

? The Opportunity

Are you a senior full-stack developer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, shaping architecture, and mentoring other developers?

In this role, you’ll take a leading role in the architecture, design, and development of core platform solutions . You’ll work closely with product managers, architects, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions.

? What You’ll Do

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of full-stack solutions
- Own the end-to-end delivery of complex features, from discovery through production
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship through code reviews and technical guidance
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and cross-functional teams on technical requirements and delivery plans
- Drive best practices across code quality, testing, performance, security, and scalability
- Integrate third-party APIs, travel distribution systems, and external services
- Contribute to sprint planning, technical roadmaps, and architectural reviews
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability challenges
- Evaluate recent technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance platform capabilities




- Partner with DevOps and infrastructure teams to support reliable, cloud-native delivery

?️ What You Bring
- 8+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong front-end expertise with React, Vue, or Angular
- Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript/TypeScript
- Back-end experience with Java, Python, Node.js, or Go
- Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system design
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices
- Hands-on experience with AWS
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience with Glue and Spark
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

✈️ Nice-to-Have Experience Experience in travel technology, airline systems, or travel distribution platforms is a strong asset.

Background in finance , particularly payments and reconciliation, or data-related technologies is also considered an asset.
