Find that the highly collaborative nature of this team helps them to be productive and to demonstrate their strengths every day Share expertise with customers on a variety of Ask-an-Expert requests by : Basic Qualifications - Senior Functional Consultant - HCM / HCM Security ~5 + years of Human Capital Management software and consulting experience on medium or large enterprise HRIS projects, or applicable practitioner deployment experience ~5 + years of experience with Workday Human Capital Management product area (HCM & HCM - Security Required). ~3+ years of Workday Consulting experience or experience as a Workday SME Demonstrates a solid grasp of HR related systems and processes. Able to gain a detailed understanding of Workday concepts and new feature releases in Core HCM, areas of expertise and cross application features.

Certified or ability to certify in Workday HCM Products and to effectively deploy the solutions Experience with influencing, interacting and collaborating with senior leaders, internally and externally Ability to deliver and get results while managing to a project plan Experience with global implementations is preferred. Strong critical thinking skills so as to understand complex, technical process issues and facilitate/influence decision making Bachelor’s degree or related experience required Ability to travel up to 10%.

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.

the pay range for this job is $117,000 - $175,400 USD based on min and max pay range for that role if performed in CO. Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
