Our client is seeking a highly analytical Senior Industrial Engineer to focus on operations analysis within their extensive facilities in Kimberley. This role is crucial for evaluating and improving the efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness of all operational processes. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing complex operational data, identifying trends, and developing data-driven recommendations for process enhancements, technology adoption, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth analysis of operational performance metrics, including productivity, throughput, costs, and resource utilization.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial engineering or operations analysis, with a proven track record of driving operational improvements.
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis, simulation software, and data visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of business operations, manufacturing processes, and supply chain principles.
