Poly Tech Talent is proud to be partnering with a leading global pharmaceutical organization to build a brand-new Workplace Technology & Collaboration Services team supporting a state-of-the-art corporate campus opening in late Fall 2026 .

This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly created team supporting more than 200 Microsoft Teams-enabled collaboration spaces , executive boardrooms, innovation hubs, production studios, and enterprise event spaces. As the Senior Lead AV Specialist , you'll combine hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, helping establish operational standards while delivering an exceptional workplace technology experience.

About the Role The Senior Lead is responsible for providing technical leadership and advanced support across a complex enterprise AV and collaboration environment. As the team's technical lead, you'll mentor technicians, lead technical escalations, partner with IT, Facilities and vendors, and ensure employees and executives enjoy a seamless technology experience across the recent campus.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day technical leadership and mentorship to the Workplace Technology & Collaboration Services team including resource allocation, ensuring precise and adequate coverage at all times.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex AV, conferencing and collaboration technology issues.
- Support more than 200 Microsoft Teams-enabled meeting spaces, executive boardrooms, collaboration rooms and event spaces.




- Troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), conferencing systems, audio, video, networking and integrated room control technologies.
- Support executive meetings and business-critical events with a white-glove customer service approach.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance, technology upgrades and vendor activities.
- Develop technical documentation, operational procedures and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and the overall workplace technology experience.

Qualifications

Required

Preferred

- 7-10yrs years supporting enterprise AV & collaboration technologies
- AVIXA CTS Certification (desired)
- Previous technical leadership or mentoring experience
- Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) - extensive experience supporting
- Dante Certification (desired)
- Logitech Rally and/or Yealink conferencing systems
- Digital signage platforms
- Enterprise AV troubleshooting
- ServiceNow or ITSM platforms
- Q-SYS & DSP (Digital Signal Processing)
- AV-over-IP & Dante audio networking
- PTZ cameras, microphones & room control systems
- Networking fundamentals (PoE, PoE++, VLANs, IP networking)
