Versaterm is seeking a Technical Lead NG911 – Deployment & Escalation in Canada to drive advanced technical efforts for NG911 deployments and critical escalations. You will oversee Level 2/3 resources, validate architectures, and coordinate deployments with AVAYA and other partners.
Candidates bring 8–12 years in VoIP or mission-critical environments, solid Linux skills, and a track record delivering complex customer deployments. Security clearances and bilingual English/French are a plus.
