Our energy & utilities client is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Management Specialist to lead transformational technology projects, field operations technology initiatives and business process changes

Candidates can be located in Calgary or Edmonton - Hybrid work model three days a week in the office, two days from home. Occasional travel within Alberta required.

Must Haves

- 10+ years experience in Change Management for large complex technology programs and business process transformations
- Experience using OCM Framework governance, methodology, processes, and tools
- Change Management Certifications
- Experience creating Training strategies or instructional design, including stakeholder impact analysis, business readiness, and adoption planning
- Ability to travel part time within Alberta

Solid Nice to Have

- Post-secondary education in Business Administration,



Adult Education, Communications, Behavioural Science, or Human Resources
- Field operations technology initiatives
- Travel within Alberta for training delivery
- ADKAR assessment execution and corrective action planning

Responsibilities

- Develop and manage change management strategies and plans for technology projects
- Complete stakeholder impact analysis and gather change impact information
- Prepare and execute business readiness strategies throughout the project lifecycle
- Design and develop communications materials for impacted stakeholders
- Develop training curriculum designs, materials, and interactive videos
- Coordinate training delivery schedules and execute end-user training
- Provide post go-live support through the hyper-care phase
