In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire POS Change process from start to finish, including the installation and troubleshooting of newly added POS systems. You will collaborate closely with the Development team when integrations require technical involvement and engage in discussions with enterprise customers who are implementing POS system changes across multiple locations. Additionally, you will conduct recurring calls to review and document any POS changes that are not performing as expected, ensuring that issues are identified and resolved promptly.
