The Senior Product

Analyst, Collateral Management Services , plays a pivotal role in supporting the Product Management team by delivering in-depth market research, data-driven insights, and detailed operational analysis. In this role, you will analyze market trends, track product performance metrics, and gather stakeholder feedback to directly inform our product strategy and development roadmap. Working collaboratively across cross-functional teams, you will help drive efficient product execution, draft core requirement documentation, and support user acceptance activities.

Job Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in office) - based in Toronto, ON.

Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends,opportunities, and threats. Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify unmet needs and potential product enhancements.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather and analyze product performance metrics, customer usage data, and financial data. Maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support product decisions. Support the development and maintenance of product roadmaps.

Customer and Stakeholder Support: Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and other methods. Work closely with technology, operations, and other teams to support product development and execution.



Provide analytical support to cross-functional projects. Assist in the testing and validation of product features. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Experience: 3–5+ years of relevant experience in product analysis, market research, or financial analysis.

Technical Skills: Solid proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau). Demonstrated ability to translate raw qualitative and quantitative data into actionable business insights. Direct domain experience in collateral management services.
