As a Senior Product Designer at Zip, you’ll work on real, customer-facing features across a wide product surface area for procurement, which at its essence is managing the process of helping companies buy what they need.
You’ll be collaborating with experienced designers, PMs, and engineers who care deeply about craft, collaboration, and building consumer-grade experiences for complex enterprise workflows. You’ll have direct access to our users for UX Research and testing, and the features you design will be immediately used by our users. Please note, we are looking for someone who will be able to come into our Toronto office on a hybrid basis (3 days / week).
Contribute to the design of product features from concept to launch Collaborate closely with our product and customer-facing teams to participate in UX Research and design thoughtful solutions Participate in regular design reviews with the broader design team. 3-5+ years professional design experience working at a startup or similarly resource-restricted organization shipping great designs at a fast pace ~ Experience shipping at least one full product or significant feature end to end as the lead designer. ~ Experience iterating with engineers and other team members on both visual and UX designs to get the experience and details just right ~ Empathetic champion for your work’s audience and customers ~ Strong visual design skills without sacrificing usability ~ Understanding of the technical constraints of building web applications. ~ You build with AI tools in your own workflow, prototyping with Claude, Figma Make, Cursor, or whatever gets your ideas into something clickable fastest.
