Our airline client is seeking a Senior Program Manager (7+ years) to support technology transformation initiatives and Project Alpha delivery

Join a high-profile technology transformation initiative focused on improving guest experience within a large enterprise environment. This role leads complex program delivery across multiple technology and stakeholder teams, supporting Project Alpha through governance, planning, delivery management, and stakeholder coordination.

The position works across initiatives spanning applications, software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital products, and technology operations.

Must Haves

- 7+ years delivering large, complex technology transformation initiatives across large enterprise environments, spanning Applications, software development, data and analytics, infrastructure, platforms, cybersecurity, digital products, and technology operations
- Experience with program governance, delivery planning, sequencing and dependency management, fiscal governance, and escalation management
- Demonstrated experience leading business transformation initiatives with measurable organizational, operational, or customer outcomes
- Ability to translate complex technical information into plain, executive-ready language for non-technical sponsors and stakeholders
- Solid stakeholder management and change management capabilities, with a collaborative, influence-based leadership style (not command-and-control)
- Ability to work independently, create structure in ambiguous environments, and manage multiple project deliveries simultaneously
- Post-secondary education in Information Technology or Engineering

Nice to Have

- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project/program certification
- Agile or Product Management related certification




- Knowledge of technology governance and compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO, COBIT, or SOC
- Airline, travel, tourism, hospitality, or tour operator industry experience

Responsibilities

- Establish program governance for complex technology transformation programs
- Create delivery and resourcing plans across multiple product and technology teams
- Lead programs from inception to completion across multiple sub-projects and delivery teams
- Manage sequencing and dependencies across program-level initiatives
- Coordinate communications with program sponsors and stakeholders
- Act as the primary escalation point for multifaceted program deliveries
- Support budget governance and commercial management activities for enterprise-wide programs
