Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with solid experience in the banking/financial services domain to lead and deliver complex technology and business projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, timelines, budgets, risks, and project deliverables in a banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead projects from initiation through planning, execution, implementation, and closure.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery timelines.
- Manage project scope, budget, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and senior leadership.




- Facilitate project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
- Manage change requests and ensure appropriate governance and approvals.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive-level communications.
- Ensure projects follow organizational governance, risk, compliance, and banking standards.
- Support testing, implementation, production rollout, and post-implementation activities.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
