We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with solid healthcare experience to lead large-scale clinical workflow and documentation transformation initiatives. The role will focus on improving clinical processes, reducing administrative burden, driving digital health adoption, and managing stakeholders across healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex healthcare projects from initiation through implementation and continuous improvement.
- Manage project governance, risks, issues, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables.
- Drive clinical adoption, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with clinicians, healthcare leaders, product teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Identify opportunities to optimize clinical workflows and documentation processes.
- Track project performance, outcomes, and benefits realization.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong Project Management experience in Healthcare.
- Experience managing large and complex healthcare projects.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and documentation processes.
- Knowledge of primary care and referral systems in Ontario.
- Experience with Digital Health, EMRs, clinical documentation, workflow automation, or interoperability.
- Strong stakeholder, relationship management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience with change management and clinical adoption.
