Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Develop detailed project schedules using scheduling software to track progress and identify potential delays proactively.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate understanding of project requirements.
- Manage procurement processes utilizing construction estimating tools and HeavyBid to secure materials and subcontractors effectively.
- Oversee construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for daily reporting, documentation, and communication across teams.
- Monitor safety protocols on-site, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues swiftly and maintain positive relationships.




- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, quality control, and adherence to project specifications including Civil 3D models where applicable.
- Manage project budgets by tracking costs meticulously and adjusting plans as necessary to meet financial goals.
- Lead project teams by assigning tasks efficiently while practicing excellent time management skills to meet critical deadlines.

Requirements

- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in civil or heavy construction projects.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings essential for accurate project execution.
- Hands-on experience with construction estimating tools and software.
- Familiarity with scheduling software for detailed project planning.
- Skilled in using construction management platforms including ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation and communication.
- Knowledge of civil engineering software is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and protocols.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Effective leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate diverse stakeholders seamlessly.
