Project Manager

Pay: $85,000- $95,000 per year

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of industrial automation projects, ranging from single robot work cells to complex multi robot assembly and welding systems. This role will oversee projects from inception through customer acceptance, coordinating engineering and shop floor teams while ensuring projects are delivered on scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

Summary

This position will lead the execution of industrial automation projects ranging from single-robot work cells to complex, multi robot assembly and welding systems. This role is responsible for owning projects from inception through customer acceptance, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget, and quality while fostering strong, long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

- Own scope, schedule, budget, and risk for multiple automation builds.




- Serve as the main contact, managing expectations and updates.
- Guide mechanical, controls, and shop floor teams to hit milestones.
- Track costs, labor hours, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Proven background in automation project management.
- Robust skills in budgeting, scheduling, and risk tracking.
- Clear communication and team leadership abilities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 6-8 years in automation and systems integration.
- Background in automotive or high-volume manufacturing environments.
- PMP certification is an asset.
- Familiarity with PLC/robot programming, tooling design, and controls.
- Valid G2/G driver’s license

Pay: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
